Normal water usage may resume immediately.
A boil water notice issued November 2 for properties located in the following areas has been lifted effective immediately:
- 1103 to 1305 Gray Drive
- 1008 to 1306 Culp Drive
- 1202 to 1317 Franz Drive
- 1006 to 1118, 1204 and 1216 to 1404 18th Avenue
- 1101, 1102 and 1301 to 1303 French Street
- 1106 to 1110 Glen Street
- 901 to 912 Diamond Circle
- 801 to 815 and 903 to 1103 Rancier Avenue
- 1301 to 1312 Carol Way
A water main break November 2 required an interruption in water service to complete the repair and necessitated the boil water order.
Water quality tests have been completed, and the water is safe to drink and use without boiling.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality the City of Killeen public water system to issue a Boil Water Notice November 2, 2019 to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The City of Killeen public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of November 5, 2019.
