KILLEEN, Texas (March 13, 2025) – The Aquatics division of the City of Killeen’s Parks and Recreation Department will be opening the Junior Service League Spray Pad during the Spring Break dates of March 17 – 21. The hours will be from 8a.m. – 8p.m, Monday – Friday, at Long Branch Park (1101 Branch Drive) and the feature is free.
The Spray Pad offers a safe place to play, comfortable space to cool off and encourages outdoor activities. Temperatures are expected to be in the 70s and 80s next week, with no rain currently in the forecast.
As a reminder, Long Branch Pool is still experiencing maintenance and renovations, so please be cautious, aware and keep a safe distance. There is also ongoing construction on the trail project at that location.
