KILLEEN, Texas (Oct. 3, 2025) – The outside eastbound lane of Roy J Smith Drive between Twin Creeks Drive and Swanner Loop will be closed to through traffic starting Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. through Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 7 a.m., weather permitting.
The closure is for upgrades to private infrastructure in the area.
The contractor will have a traffic control plan to guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
