KILLEEN, Texas (January 23, 2024) - Mayor Debbie Nash-King will deliver Killeen’s annual State of the City address on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 4p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber (101 North College Street). The community is encouraged to attend.
Mayor Nash-King will address several topics, including the Killeen 2040 Comprehensive Plan accomplishments, prominent city recognitions, the current and upcoming projects and redevelopments and an update on the Homeless and Mental Health Strategic Plan, among other topics.
The event will highlight successes, challenges, priorities and how citizens’ tax dollars are being spent.
For those who are unable to attend in person, the State of the City address will also be aired live on our website, www.KilleenTexas.gov/CouncilMeetings, and on Spectrum Cable Channel 10. It will also be recorded and available for playback on our website at any time. The regularly scheduled council meeting will follow at 5p.m.
