KILLEEN, Texas Nov. 6, 2023) – The City of Killeen’s Transportation Division is turning the signal at the intersection at 8th Street and Avenue B into flash mode for two weeks starting immediately as it prepares to remove the signals and replace with a four-way stop. The work to install stop signs and removal of the traffic lights will begin the week of Nov. 20.
There will be a series of traffic control devices in place to guide motorists around the work area. All motorists in the area should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
