KILLEEN, Texas (Nov. 20, 2024) – The City of Killeen’s Engineering Division will be closing the outside lanes of Elms Road between Pecos Road and Roundrock Drive starting Thursday, Nov. 21 to Wednesday, Nov. 27, excluding weekends, from 7 a.m. 4 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
The closure for utility work from Oncor.
The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and will guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices and seek and alternate route if possible. Sidewalks may also be blocked during this work.
