KILLEEN, Texas (July 29, 2024) – Phase 3 of the Gilmer Street Reconstruction Project will begin Tuesday, July 30. During this phase numerous detours will occur between 761st Tank Battalion Avenue and Rancier Avenue, starting Tuesday July 30.
Crews will initially work on the southbound lane. The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and will guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
