The City of Killeen’s Transportation Division will activate the traffic signal at W.S. Young Drive and Little Nolan Road on Friday, Feb. 23.
The signal will be in flash mode starting Friday, with traffic on W.S. Young Drive seeing a flashing yellow signal, and Little Nolan Road seeing flashing red. The flashing red should be treated as a stop sign, the yellow as a proceed with caution.
The flashing mode is intended to allow motorists to get used to the new signal.
The signal is scheduled to become fully functional on Tuesday, Feb. 27. Motorists are urged to use caution in the area and obey traffic signals.
