Garbage collection falls under the Solid Waste department. Your neighborhood has an assigned "trash day." Garbage collection runs daily as scheduled, even on holidays. We have a transfer station where you can take your large items and any garbage you want to get rid off before your regular trash day. If you are interested in recycling, we also have a recycling center.
