Notice of Public Hearing (October 7 ,2025)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled to be held by the City Council, City of Killeen, at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 North College Street, to consider the following:

Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance submitted by Republic Engineering on behalf of the Philip Boghosian Living Trust & Howard Sagaser 401K Plan; and Phillip Boghosian Living Trust & Sagaser Watkins & Wieland 401K (FLUM#25-05) to amend the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) from an ‘Industrial’ designation to a ‘Residential Mix’ designation for approximately 122.64 acres out of the Vincent L. Evans Survey, Abstract No. 288. The subject properties are generally located east of the intersection of Roy J. Smith Drive and North Roy Reynolds Drive, Killeen, Texas.
