KILLEEN, Texas (Nov. 7, 2025) – The City of Killeen will conduct a planned data center migration on Wednesday, November 19, from 6 p.m. to approximately 12 midnight.

During this period, online services, phone or automated payment options, and applications that handle customer data—such as utility billing, Click2gov, and Selectron—will be temporarily unavailable. The data center migration is being conducted during off-hours to minimize impact.

This upgrade is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve system performance, data security, and service reliability. Residents who need to pay utilities should plan accordingly.

Updates will be posted at killeentexas.gov and on the City’s social media pages. Residents are also encouraged to sign up for the City’s alert system to receive these types of announcements directly to their email or phone. To sign up, residents can visit killeentexas.gov/notifyme.
