KILLEEN, Texas (July 24, 2025) – The westbound lane of Texas Avenue from 2nd Street to Park Street will be closed to through traffic today, Thursday, July 24, from noon to 4 p.m. and Friday, July 25 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weather permitting.
The closure is so a private contractor can perform sewer repairs.
The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and will detour traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
