KILLEEN, Texas (July 21, 2025) – A contractor working on the Gilmer Street Reconstruction Project will be performing a water flush for a new waterline being installed on Gilmer Street beginning Tuesday, July 22 at 9:30 a.m.
The streets where the flush will occur are Norris Avenue, Adams Avenue and Rancier Avenue. during this work a lane closure at the intersection of Gilmer Street and Rancier Avenue will occur.
The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and will detour traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
