Killeen’s popular, free Movies in Your Park will begin June 27 and will show a total of three movies on three Fridays in June and July.
The series will feature two films at the Killeen Athletic Complex (2201 East Veterans Memorial Boulevard) and one at Long Branch Pool (1101 Branch Drive):
- Friday, June 27: Tarzan (Killeen Athletic Complex)
- Friday, July 11: Surf's Up (Long Branch Pool)
- Friday, July 25: Wall-E (Killeen Athletic Complex)
Festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. Movies will begin shortly after dusk. The movies and popcorn are free, but there will be also be food and beverage vendors, who will be selling items to purchase. There will also be games and themed giveaways.
Moviegoers are encouraged to bring their own blankets, chairs, snacks, and refreshments! Please do not bring alcohol, glass containers, or pets.
