KILLEEN, Texas (March 18, 2025) – The outside eastbound lane of West Elms Road will be closed from Stefek Drive to Old Florence Road on Thursday, March 20, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, so a private contractor can install a curb inlet box.
During this work sidewalks may also be closed.
The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and will guider traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
