System Maintenance – Temporary Utility Billing Payment Service Outage on Feb. 14

The migration will begin today, Saturday, February 14 and continuing through 7 a.m. on Sunday, February 15. During this migration period, utility billing services and connected customer applications, including Click2Gov, will be temporarily unavailable.

No action is required. All services will automatically resume following the completion of the migration. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance system performance and improve service delivery.

System Maintenance Complete – Utility Billing Payment Services Restored

The City of Killeen has successfully completed the scheduled payment system migration that began Saturday, February 14 and concluded Sunday, February 15.

Utility billing services and connected customer applications, including Click2Gov, are now fully operational.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we completed this upgrade to enhance system performance and improve service delivery.
