Vendor Events Form

  1. Thank you for your interest in Downtown events. Please complete and submit the following vendor form. If you have any questions, please contact Levallois Hamilton at ldhamilton@killeentexas.gov

    During the application process, all selected vendors must read and agree to the City of Killeen’s rules and regulations. The vendor agreement will be emailed to all applicants after this application is received.

  3. Please submit 3 photos of your booth set up.
  4. Vendors will be in charge of providing their own table, canopy, chairs, etc. Power will not be provided for this event. *

  5. You will be contacted by staff once your application is approved. Thank you for your interest in Downtown Killeen events!

  6. Electronic Signature Agreement
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
