Lane closure planned for West Avenue A on Nov. 30-Dec. 1

The City of Killeen’s Department of Public Works’ Engineering Division will be closing the eastbound lane of West Avenue A between North College Street and North Park Street on Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Thursday, Dec. 1 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, weather permitting.

The closure is for sanitary sewer services being repaired in the area.

The contractor will have a traffic control plan in guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
