My neighbor's dog barks all day / all night long. Is there anything I can do about that?

Call in with the address so an officer can go and talk with the owner. If that does not help the next step is to come in to the shelter and file a written statement on the barking dog's address. You will need to put in your statement the breed and the color of the dog.
