The Coming of Camp Hood follows the sudden transition of Killeen from a railroad town to a military town. Viewers see how when Camp Hood chose Killeen, the impact was just as transformative as the arrival of the train 60 years earlier with a lasting effect on the community.
Camp Hood Becomes Fort Hood follows the transition of Camp Hood from a temporary training facility to a permanent Army post. Viewers see how the permanent Fort Hood solidifies the city’s future and sparks population growth and business boom.
Killeen: City of Diversity shows how Killeen has transitioned from a rural, homogeneous community to a true melting pot of people and cultures from throughout the world.
