Where is the trash collection schedule?
Garbage collection falls under the Solid Waste department. Your neighborhood has an assigned "trash day". Garbage collection runs daily as scheduled, even on holidays. We have a transfer station where you can take your large items and any garbage you want to get rid off before your regular trash day. If you are interested in recycling, we also have a recycling center.

Our Parks and Recreation division hosts a number of sports events and offers a host of classes throughout the year.

The city itself does not operate a public transportation system. Hill Country Transit District (HCTD) operates the HOP, a regional public transit system.
