Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Billing
EMS Billing conducts all ambulance billing and collection for the City. The responsibilities of EMS Billing include filing medical insurance claims, patient billing and credit bureau collections for ambulance services, as well as managing records of individual accounts.
EMS Billing focuses on the billing process. Billing individuals and insurance companies, along with processing delinquent letters and turning accounts over to the Credit Bureau for collection is a focal point for EMS Billing.
