The Accounting Department keeps and maintains financial records and accounting transactions generated by the operations of the City. These records include: accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory and other miscellaneous accounts.

The Accounting Department is also responsible for providing information for processing the annual audit for the City.
