City not affiliated with business selling coverage
The City of Killeen is not affiliated with HomeServe in any way.
The City of Killeen has received several questions from residents who have recently received unsolicited letters from a business called HomeServe.
Similar letters have been circulated by companies called Home Service and American Water Resources, Inc. The City of Killeen has no affiliation with these companies either.
These businesses are selling water service line coverage. The City of Killeen is not offering or promoting this product.
Anyone with questions or concerns regarding their water service should not hesitate to call Utility Collections at 501-7800.
